- Mobile and web applications for monitoring and alerts
- Cloud-based dashboard and analytics (for business customers)
3. Important Disclaimers
3.1 Not a Medical Device
HomeCare is NOT a medical device. Our products are safety monitoring tools designed to help detect potential emergencies and notify caregivers.
3.2 Not a Substitute for Professional Care
HomeCare is not a substitute for professional medical care, emergency services, or personal supervision.
3.3 No Guarantee of Detection
While we strive for high accuracy, no monitoring system can guarantee 100% detection of all events.
4. User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.
5. Consent for Monitoring
By installing HomeCare devices, you confirm that you have the legal right to install monitoring devices and have obtained appropriate consent from individuals being monitored.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Services, reverse engineer, or monitor anyone without consent.
7. Hardware and Installation
You are responsible for proper installation. Hardware purchased outright becomes your property. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
8. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology are owned by HomeCare or our licensors.
10. Limitation of Liability
HomeCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
11. Warranty
Hardware comes with a 2-year limited warranty. Services are provided "as is."
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
